Building Survey

A Building survey is the most detailed survey prepared commissioned on houses which are Listed being of architectural historic interest, probably built prior to 1900 where some non-traditional forms of construction might exist.  The survey will provide you with an assessment of the construction, repair and condition of the property.  It offers technical advice resolving issues, it will specify remedial works to deal with urgent repairs.

A Building Survey does not include a market valuation, this can be provided if requested.
