Nicholas Percival was established in 1986 as Chartered Surveyors and Estate Agents by the Senior Partner Nick Percival who had previously qualified in London and had spent three years in East Anglia working as a Property Surveyor for Dencora Plc, a Residential and Commercial investment and development Company situated in north Suffolk.

Nicholas Percival is perceived as being the “first choice” for reliable property advice in North Essex. Nicholas Percival strives to set and sustain quality standards as well as securing optimum capital values and returns for clients.

Acting for Clients in respect of their entire Property Portfolios, which could range from an individual property to a large Portfolio of property where we manage the property, collect rents, negotiate Rent Reviews/Lease Renewals and act as the principal liaison between the Landlord and Tenant at all times, so maximising the property assets of the Client.

Country Cottages to Country Houses, Flats to Town Houses. A comprehensive Estate Agency service in the sale of residential property. Professional valuations are provided without commitment and accompanied by a marketing appraisal.

Once an instruction is given, we prepare marketing particulars for the property including full colour brochure, which is logged and then circulated to applicants on our register. Advertisements for the properties are uploaded onto our website and national property websites.

In addition to the above, we promote residential property through the Mayfair Office (http://www.mayfairoffice.co.uk/) which provides a central London/National dimension to marketing.
Our offices are extremely accessible with excellent car parking, open Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm and Saturdays 9am to 12.30pm.
