Property Management

Our Management Department offers the management of residential and commercial property; Acting for Clients in respect of their entire Property Portfolios, which could range from an individual property to a large Portfolio of property.

Our Management service covers all aspects of property management, which include but is not exclusive to;

• Rent/Ground rent collection
• Service charge collection
• budgeting and collection service charge accounts
• Arranging buildings insurance
• Accounting to the client on a quarterly basis
• Organising contracts with cleaners, gardeners etc.
• Health and Safety issues
• Landlord and tenant Statutory obligations
• Site visits
• Negotiating Rent Reviews/Lease Renewals
• Act as the principal liaison between the Landlord and Tenant at all times, so maximising the property assets of the Client.
• All of our Management services are dealt with in accordance with the terms of the leases and any current relevant legislation and codes of practice.
• Our team also looks to provide advice on long term strategic changes, in order to create added value and asset enhancement
