Billy joined Nicholas Percival in January 2018 after serving as a Police Constable in the Metropolitan Police for 3 years.
He joined our commercial department to pursue his keen interest in property and is currently studying with the University College of Estate Management to achieve a RICS accredited degree in order to become a qualified Chartered Surveyor.
Billy predominantly assists with commercial property management and agency, but often works with our residential teams to gain a broad understanding of the industry.
Outside of work Billy, can usually be found on a golf course, where he is a single figure golfer. He also plays football and has a keen interest in adventure sports.
