Nicholas Percival proudly sponsored Sophie Brown in the 2019 Home International Regatta, which took place Strathclyde, Scotland last month.
Sophie, daughter of Yvonne Brown in our accounts department, is an avid rower, however due to her diagnoses of Cerebral Palsy, she is unable to use her legs whilst taking part in the sport she loves.
The time trials for the event took place at the Royal Albert Docks, by City Airport in London. Following the 1500m PR2 Single Sculls, in very challenging conditions, Sophie was selected to represent England at the Home Internationals.
On a very wet and rainy day in Scotland, Sophie won her race and picked up the gold medal for the PR2 Single Sculls.
Everyone at Nicholas Percival congratulates Sophie Brown on her incredible achievement.
